Very good! I have used this product may time.. I take before bed time and it helps me go to sleep and it works plus very good for you...I have no issues with this product!!

Vital Nutrients brand triple magnesium
I like there are 3 blends in this supplement that so far have been easy on my gut too. I tried a different one with 7 types magnesium and had issues. It has added relief from my leg pain from a slipped disk in my spine. It does seem to give me longer sleep to help with insomnia. I recommend this supplement.

Favorite "chill-pill"
Hands down my favorite mag supplement. The concentration is high, quality is great and the effects are noticeable. This is my go-to "chill pill" before bed. It doesn't really make you sleepy, just more relaxed. I like that I haven't had any GI issues, like with some magnesium supplements. We have been repeat purchasers of this for months and will continue to do so!

Great Magnesium Supplement with minor room for Improvement
The Vital Nutrients Triple Magnesium Complex is an excellent magnesium supplement that has been a great addition to my daily routine. The blend of magnesium glycinate, malate, and oxide provides comprehensive support, and I’ve noticed improvements in my muscle recovery and sleep quality since starting it. It also seems to help with stress management, which is a huge bonus! The capsules are easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they’re vegan and free from unnecessary additives. At 250mg per serving, the dosage feels just right without being overwhelming. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is the inclusion of magnesium oxide, which is less bioavailable compared to glycinate and malate. While it still works well for me, I would have preferred a higher percentage of the more easily absorbed forms. Overall, this is a solid, high-quality magnesium supplement that delivers noticeable benefits. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for support with stress, muscles, or overall wellness!
