My body does not absorb calcium sufficiently and I have been taking this combination from Natures Way for years. It is best taken at night as the calcium helps with sleep and during your sleep is when your body absorbs minerals and put them to work. I would highly recommend this companies products. I like getting a supplement that packs several vitamins into one (with Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc complementing each other to help with absorption). My only wish is that they offered this in a smaller dosage/pill…it’s a pretty big ‘horse pill’ to swallow. But again - it works.

Great vitamins for the money. You do have to take 3 but the capsules are quite light and easy to swallow.
