Looks nice but loses crystals easily
It looks nice but the crystals come off very easily even when taking it out of the box I lost loads but still looks ok. Be mindful when removing from the box

Received top broken.
Hi I received the above item. The back of the top heart was broken. Very disappointed as it was for my great granddaughters bedroom. Please can it be replaced kind regards.

Il est vraiment magnifique. Dommage que certains strass se trouvent décollés et sont dans le sac de protection. Du coup il y a des petits trous à certains endroits puisqu'il manque des trass. C'est navrant car sinon j'adore. Pourtant le produit est très bien emballé et protégé.

Molto dispiaciuta. Prodotto rotto in tanti pezzi grandi e piccoli. Imballaggio inadeguato senza polistirolo, carta o altro materiale per impedire la rottura. Mai successo finora.

Me arrepentiré siempre haber comprado este producto, cuando lo ves resulta bastante hortera la verdad. Queda fatal e irá derecho a la basura. Además antes de sacarlo, ya había perdido muchos brillantes por el camino. Si no lo devuelvo es porque los gastos de envío serían muy elevados
