Roasted Unsalted Blanched Turkish Hazelnuts in Resealable Bag 2 lb

Very fresh & flavorful. Clean of "skins" makes them great to use ground into "butter' or in a frosting.

These are high-quality nuts, and they arrived fresh. The hazelnuts are nicely roasted and skinned, so you can use them right out of the bag. I've used them to make a hazelnut creme pat filling for choux . Also made a Linzer torte with them, and a hazelnut brittle. All came out great with these hazelnuts. And they freeze well. I put 2/3 of the bag in 2 separate vacuum sealed bags and into the freezer. Just opened one of the bags, and the nuts are as good as they day I received them.

Vacuum packed for freshness. They are very good quality and already blanched saving a lot of hassle for many recipes. They are also partially toasted though they don't really appear so from the outside. I advise shortening your toasting time, if necessary for your purposes, to avoid scorching. These are a favorite of ours for biscotti, hazelnut meringue tortes, and eating straight from the bag. Highly recommended.

As usual for Anna and Sarah, the photo of the goods shows top quality items. But the product received is very good, but not excellent. Worth the money, but a disappointment at the same time.

Needed clean hazelnuts for a cheesecake recipe and have been burned buying hazelnuts locally, as frequently the nuts are rancid. I took a chance, and was very pleased with the product. There is nothing negative to report. Arrived quickly at the height of the Christmas season and were vacuum packed. Did not have to toss one nut due to poor quality. Do I wish they were less expensive? Of course, but you get what you pay for, it seems.

They arrived in perfect condition. They are crunchy, fresh and very healthy, also no skins.

These hazelnuts taste so Fresh. Best that I've bought so far. Definitely recommend and will get them again

I use hazelnuts in baked products, and these are great. Skins blanched off, very convenient. I store them in my freezer to maintain freshness.
