Ok, I have tried keto/paleo dieting thing for years. My biggest cause of failure has been my inability to find tasty substitutes for everyday favorites. Yes, I know, I have been told repeatedly that it’s a lifestyle and it’s not about trying to replicate your favorite foods yada yada yada. However, let’s be real there are those of us out there that really want to be able to indulge in some of our favorites. Since I started low carb dieting way back in the latter 90’s I have been disappointed over and over again with the low carb options that taste horrible. This brand is absolutely delicious. I have tried the ketchup, bbq sauce and now this dressing….all of which have been amazingly good. I promise you this is delicious. Trust me. I have read reviews for Keto “bread” that sang its praises only to receive something resembling bread that tasted like sawdust. This brand is a go to! Give it a try it actually is delicious.
