Tenderizes Tough Meat
Works great?

This Thing Really Works!
The delivery time was great. Arrived 3 days after ordering. It seems to be made very well and comes with a nice cap that completely encloses the blades. Very easy and fast to clean. Just swish in warm soapy water and use the little brush it comes with to clean between blades. It gave me a little bit of a workout to use since I am 77 years old and petite, but I got the job done. I had bought some Prime tri-tip steaks (which can be a bit tough) from Costco. I watched some videos on using this and learned that you should pierce the meat many times and in different directions (front and back). I put the meat in a marinade for an hour or so, cooked it, sliced it and used it in street tacos...Yum! Turned out fabulous and the meat was sooooo tender. This would make a fabulous bridal shower gift.

Quick and easy, especially good for grass-fed beef!
This 48-bladed tenderizer is a must for grass-fed beef. Quick and easy to use, and does exactly what it says, breaking down the fibers for a super tender and delicious steak. No more hammered mushy beef. The tenderizer is easy to take apart for cleaning and is top rack dishwasher safe for simple clean up. Just be sure to rinse off any residue if you don’t run a load of dishes right away and be careful how you place the bladed portion so you don’t damage the blades or risk cutting yourself when adding/removing other dishes. We let ours continue to air dry after it comes out of the dishwasher before reassembling it and snapping on the clear plastic cover. Seems built to last.

Good product
Loved the way this product performed. Depending on the thickness of the meat blades do get an little stuck but if you push then teeter back it does release. Tri-tip roast came out tender even though I had to cook them well done for the family gathering. I had tenderize 8 tri-tip and it was awesome learning the teeter motion on the spot. Meat was tender and I didn't have one complaint of toughness. I used a dry rub prior to tenderizing and it did help to penetrate a little dirt beyond the outer layer of the meat. I can see a marinade doing better. My only complain after using a dish brush was I saw water getting trapped in the housing so do not soak!!! I also used a something like whatever cleaner to insure disinfection. Other wise great product.

Excellent!
This is an amazing product! As a test, I searched out the cheapest steaks I could find at the grocery store, even asked the butcher what would be a tough piece of meat. Bought three steaks for under $5 total. They were seasoned with a garlic herb rub, then my husband used the tenderizer on them. We let them sit in the fridge for a few hours, then pan-grilled with some soy sauce and butter. Result -- steak so tender we could cut it with a butter knife. This will work great for chicken to get seasonings all the way through the meat, and normally tough meats like most cuts of venison. Comes apart easily for cleaning.
