I would not think it could be refilled and I am not sure why you would want too.

It doesn't give that in the ingredients but this is what it does have: purified water, petrolatum, sorbitol, cetearyl alcohol, propylene glycol, ceteareth-20, simethicone, glyceryl stearate, PEG-30 stearate, sorbic acid BHT

Q: can this product be used on lips?

Vanicreme also has lip protectant/sunscreen. I love it!
