I use this grease on the assembly of almost everything! It resists washing out and has a high temperature resistance. I highly recommend it!

We have used this stuff on aircraft engines, car engines, and down to lawn mower engines. This has been and will always be my go to for engine build up lube. Never let me down once!

It is a good lubricant for assembling engines.

I have been using Lubriplate No. 105 for many years, primarily on the MOVING parts of my competitor firearms. I shoot National Match competition at Camp Perry OHNG, Ohio, on the beautiful southern banks of Lake Erie. Once I have spray cleaned the interior of my competition guns, especially the bolt-action bolt channel, I apply a light coat of Lubriplate to the channel walls and to the bolt body, operate the bolt a few times, and we are done! Again, the product is an EXCELLENT lubricant for moving parts; this includes door hinges at home, refrigerator and freezer hinges, the metal tracks on windows, and any other moving metal part in your home.

This is always going to be the go to assembly lube for motors and transmissions. I have tried many other brands but I always come back to this one!

I did use this grease during the 1st year mechanics training at SAIT back in 1979. It still is the preferred choice when assembling engines for main and rod bearings, cam lobes and oil pump. This stuff bridges the time between initial start and sufficient oil pressure. If you can prime the engine using an adapter for the oil pump drive prior to start, then that would be the preferred way of doing things. Failing that, this grease gives you the neccessary protection from wear during the initial start.

I use this product last year on my boat on the threads on my planers. Usually I had to put a bar on it to turn it up or down but this grease after using it in water both salt and fresh for two years still turns easily so I bought another tube Because I like it so much not sure what else I’ll use it on but it’s definitely better than any grease I’ve ever used

Absolutely the best assembly lube out there have tried the thicker oil type never had any issues but makes a mess and seems like it all squishes out this stuff provides a perfect thin film and alittle goes along way
