Celtic Sea Salt Light Grey, 8 Ounce (Pack of 6)

Purchased to help with CFS. I take a quarter tsp first thing in the morning. Helped with POTS as well. Cooking wise, the flavor is Smokey and adds a wonderful flavor to foods! It dissolves fast for its size! The quality for price and quantity is good! The bag is sealable but I empty into glass jar as I do not like plastics. Through research, I think this is the best salt quality one can purchase, again, it dissolves fast so use is easy!

It's salty, but not SUPER salty, more moderate and balanced. There are many minerals in this and that's why I got it, to increase my natural mineral absorption. I use it in cooking. There are so many minerals that when you touch it, it feels slightly damp, like it never gets totally dry. I think that's the minerals. I use it in cooking normally, I add it to soup, stew, and I think the salt taste is richer, not one-dimensional. BUT, if you want to sprinkle it on sliced tomatoes, or on avocado toast or something, I would crush up the grains. I got the Coarse, and they grains are pretty big. I crush them with the side of a knife, or put a pinch in my mortar. Its not like Maldon salt (flakier) or Camargue salt (grey and crumbly) but I love it. *If you use a water purifier, you HAVE to structure your water (Google it) and this is perfect. Add a few grains of this salt to your water bottle and the water comes alive. I've also read that you can make a sea salt spray for the hair with it, but I haven't tried it yet.

this is good celtic salt. You will see that it is kind of moist, unlike regular table salt. I believe that is because it has magnesium in it that absorbs moisture. celtic salt i supposed to have a lot of the minerals that one's body needs. regualr table salt doesn't really have them. I can't tell if it has all the minerals that it is supposed to have but just by its moistness, i can see that it at least has magnesium, so I have to assume it is probably has the rest of the minerals as well as opposed to table salt. Ithink it is good deal for the money.

I've tried all kinds of different salts and this is by far and away my favorite. Yes, it's got your expected NaCl, but it's also got LOTS of other amazing minerals (such as calcium, potassium, and magnesium) that give it a very unique flavor. I generally buy the 6-Pack at $40--which brings the price down below $7 per pound. I use this in my sous-vide cooking and sometimes I like to grab a couple of crystals from the salt bowl and just let them dissolve on my tongue--delish! My only complaint about this salt is that--because of the magnesium content (which is a water attractor)--the salt sometimes appears a little wet and sticky. I imagine this might be worse in more humid climes. This makes it difficult to use the salt in a grinder. So I keep mine in ceramic bowls for easy access.

Love the taste of this salt. It has a nice mild flavor. You can use as is, or put it in a grinder for a finer mix. A little seems to go a long way! Highly recommend.

It's a good product but one start off due to being very wet. I can't even get the salt out of the bag with lot still stick to the bag. It's such a messy job to get all the salt out.

Pleased!! Great taste! Who knew salts had different flavors. Very pleased. Definitely want this in hand at all times.

High quality minerals if you can't drink if you don't drink enough water

My doctor has recommended me to use this salt for years. It does not increase the sodium in my body, but gives me the minerals that are needed. Good product
