This cover went on easily and appears snug enough, but the main reason I bought it was to help hide the bright white camera in the trees. And it does that quite well, and the material appears to be of good quality. Oh, yes, I just remembered, I did indeed buy a second one later.

I have brown soffits where my cameras are mounted, and the white cameras just stood out like crazy. These fit pretty snug, and you need to make sure the microphone and speaker holes line up, but once in place they make the camera in my case a lot more difficult to spot. Others have noted they make the camera warmer and that might be a problem in the summer, but so far it's been cool outside. These cover the white bezel on the front, but do NOT cover any of the status light ring, so they are perfect. Might have to trim some silicon if you have the camera mounted where it makes a bunched up piece between the camera mounting bracket and the camera, but that is easily done and does not detract from performance or appearance. For SURE you want to install the covers with the camera unmounted from it's base, and not after you install. Easy to snap your camera off it's mount and do that though. OH, and the color in the picture is very accurate. I would call it "milk chocolate" instead of "Dark Chocolate", if that makes any sense. Not as dark as my soffits, but did the trick. One of my cameras is mounted in a "birdhouse" that is faux painted to match the tree it sits in, and I faux painted the silicon cover as well, the paint just slightly sticks to the silicon once it's dry, if you want to remove the paint you can just flex the silicon and little bit and it flies right off. Nice addition to the camera. Again, will see what happens in summertime when it's hot....

I tried another manufacturer on Amazon but they covered the outer light/infrared ring. This version by elago fits perfectly and has all the right holes for the speaker and microphone. The base was a little tough to put on, I worried I was going to rip it, but the rubber is quite stretchy and strong. The brown cover looks great against IPE or stained cedar and makes the camera much less noticeable compared with the original bright white case.

The white is just too much on some homes. This is perfect. Snug fit. I is infinitely easier to install while doing the installation. I learned the hard way. Nothing a razor can't help. Not quite the same but this is for aesthetics. So long as you make the cuts up top, no issues. Still very snug.

The case looks good and feels premium. One issue I noticed was when the camera gets tilted up too much, the cover will move (like "scrunch") and not rest flush with the camera like it would when its in regular position. It doesn't block anything though, but just would have been nice if it did not move when tilted up to a certain point.

Just as described and protects the camera well.

This product does not measure up to the Ring product. It does not work well with most Wi-Fi systems like the Ring system does. I know this because I'm a licensed electrician that has installed several Ring systems over the years. I still don't know why I purchased this thing instead of the Ring. I wish I could return it but it's beyond the return date. Customer service is non-existent as opposed to Ring that has wonderful customer service.

Makes the cam blend right in! Great silicone that I accidentally ripped the USB connector putting in but it still looks and works great! Considering buying another just in case the sun beats it down in the summer but we'll see. Five stars would buy again.
