Works great for me. Helped ne during my panic attack episode. I take one pill morning and one pill before bed. No side effects so far. Helps with sleep too. Highly recommended.

A huge help!
This stuff is Phenomenal! I’ve been going through an exceptionally hard time for about eight months, and I was starting to really lose it the last couple. I was debating getting on some heavy duty medication from my doctor, but this had totally chilled me out. I felt it helping the very first day. Life isn’t exactly getting easier, but this allows me to cope with it much better and with a positive attitude. It’s fantastic! I highly recommend!

The help that lets you help yourself
This is by no means a miracle supplement. I struggle with seasons of high anxiety, which I recognize as anxious thoughts/feelings/behaviors that I CANT cope with. Debilitating anxiety. I don’t take medication for it, as typically I am able to cope and manage myself so taking meds anround the clock for temporary situations is not something I want. Anyway, lately life has been challenging. This supplement brought me down from a state of feeling frozen for weeks to a state that I can manage- which makes a world of a difference. These alone will not rid you of stress and anxiety. But these, plus a few healthy coping skills like exercise, deep breathing, nutrition, and spending time with loved ones made the miracle happen. My ability identify and work through the anxious thoughts came back, the coping toolbox is back in action. I’m thankful for this supplement. With this pair, I feel so much better.

It works!
Improved my mood and allowed me to stop taking my prescription medication that I didn’t love being on for years. I also feel like it gives me extra energy to get through the day. Capsules are easy to swallow. Will definitely buy again!

Did not relax me.
I tried 1 pill only. For me it didn't make me feel relaxed, more so on edge. There really is no one pill that works for everyone so it's understandable. This has good reviews, maybe because it has a blend of other ingredients, not just Mag. or Ash. only which is why I purchased it. I might try it again.Note - this is Not returnable through Amazon.

It doesn't work for me
I was hopeful after reading so many great reviews, but unfortunately, this product didn’t work for me. I followed the instructions closely and tried it a couple times, but I didn’t notice any changes. It might work for others, but I didn’t experience the results I was expecting.
