Whenever am in the market for case fans this is my go to brand. I haven't met a fan yet that is as quiet and efficient as this. Highly recommend it.

Very Loud Colors for a Very Quiet Fan
When I think of silence I tend not to think of bright yellow but maybe I'm just weird. Moderate airflow on these(by design) but whisper quiet on lower voltages, at full speed they are probably as loud as most other fans cranked all the way down.
