Easy to Clean and Use, Exceptional Value
Like many people, I have been struggling with pans for years. I buy a non-stick pan and they stay that way for a little while and then they start sticking. After buying an expensive set (about $800 I think) at Costco (called Masterclad) about 6 years ago, the pans started failing and were no longer sticky and were flaking off. The flaking part is what scared me, what kind of chemicals did my family eat? So this time around, I wanted to make sure I purchased a healthy pan that isn't made of the normal Teflon coating (or whatever each brand calls it) and that it was easy to clean and use (stayed non-stick). I found these pans at Macy's and then after doing hours and hours of research, I ended up buying these for myself to replace the set from Costco. My initial thoughts were that they were attractive, nicely made, and not too heavy. It seems that lots of non-stick pans say "no butter needed", but the oils and butters are what gives the food flavor and the carmelization. So, I have cooked with a lubricant and without on these pans and the non-stick property would be as expected - the butter did a better job. But that being said, even without an oil/butter, things did cook and did not stick and cleaned up nicely. The things I like: 1. The pans are attractive color and design. 2. Easy to clean up, just a little soap and warm water. 3. Exceptional value/price 4. Lightweight 5. Lots of different sizes to fit my needs 6. The lids are a nice brushed steel, I tend to not like the way the typical glass lids look. 7. So far they are non-stick as advertised 8. Healthier ceramic vs. Teflon The only cons I have so far are: 1. The frying pans are smaller than I had expected. My Masterclad ones were bigger by a few inches. It seems the large pan is the size of my other medium pan. The large one has an internal diameter of about a large tortilla. 2. There is no lid for the large fry pan. 3. As expected, the lids get hot. But really not a big deal as I just use a towel or tongs to lift the lid. I have read some reviews of people using "sprays" on non-stick surfaces and then commenting the pans don't work. Using a spray is a no-no as somehow it clogs the "pores" and causes the non-stick to fail as warned. Sprays are for stainless steel only. It has only been a few months, so hopefully they stand up to continued use. I'll update my review as time goes by.

Excellent quality... Love them!
I’ve had this set of Green Pans for about 18 months now. I love to cook, so I heavily use my pots & pans every day. I LOVE them!!! I really think a true review is one where you’ve used the product for a while...which is why I’ve waited until now to review them. They are still extremely non-stick, they still clean so easily, they still cook evenly, they still look beautiful, and they still work as great now as they did when they were brand new! My only negative point would be that I’ve come to realize that I would have preferred glass lids rather than the metal lids. I’ve always had cookware with glass lids and I didn’t think I would mind metal lids, but now I know that I liked being able to see in a pan without having to lift the lid... plus the metal lids really clang when they bang into anything while I’m removing from my cupboard. With that being said though, the lids function just fine and are pretty much indestructible. This set of pots and pans, as far as functionality & performance goes, cannot be beat. I’ve never had such a wonderful set that just keeps on performing perfectly with a lot of hard use. I would very highly recommend them.

Extremely disappointing, warranty useless.
Extremely disappointing product. I purchased the whole set because I have had a couple of GreenPan frying pans a couple of years ago and they were great. Gave them to my son and decided to get the full set for me. The pans started to stick after 6 months. I follow the cleaning instructions, never use dishwasher, always clean with a soft sponge, and always used olive oil. I never cook with anything else. Yet, the most frequently used pan, 8", started sticking first, then the small pot then one after another they deteriorated. No scratches or signs of ware on any of them as you can see from the pics. I contacted support and they said it wasn't a manufactures defect, it was due to use or maybe overheating. I am not sure how you can overheat 5 of the 7 items, but whatever. Spend a few more dollars for a better set, Le Creuset, much pricier, or something cheaper so if they go to heck you don't feel cheated like I did.

Love the pans, hate the lids
These pans are so far, a delight. I cook (and bake) a lot. I've had a few random ceramic coated pieces over the past few years. I bought the Calphalon Try Me skillet set and it was disappointing because the coating failed even though I am very careful. I have a Green Gourmet small skillet, which is holding up well. I bought the set on Prime Day for an excellent price, so that factors in to my review. I have not used all the pieces as I have another modern non-stick set that is not ceramic. But the ones I've used have performed beautifully. They heat quickly and evenly. There have been no hot spots and no sticking. Now for the bad: I hate, no make that loathe the lids. They went to the trouble of making good quality pans--even coating the handle rivets--but cheaped-out on the lids! They are NOT glass. Instead they are brushed stainless, which would be okay if the handles were (1) riveted and (2) spacious enough to get your hand through them! The handles are tiny and, of course, get hot, so you need a mitt or other heat protection. There is no way, just no way to easily pick up the darn things! I have dropped these lids more than any other I've ever owned. I intend to contact Green Pan and ask for glass lids as described. I doubt I'll get them, but it can't hurt to ask. Edit: I just noticed that the main page lists brushed stainless lids, while the item description page lists glass lids. Hm, I hate when that happens. Other than the lids, these are a very good home set or to add to your collection.

THEY ARE NON STICK If you know what you are doing!
I grew up on my Grandparent's farm, so I did a lot of cooking with my Grams. We were constantly cooking for a crowd, especially around harvest time. They always had extra hired help during harvest. So we cooked for an army. We provided Lunch and Dinner. We always made fried potatoes, ham steaks, fresh asparagus with Grams special home made sauce. We would make scalloped potatoes, and smoked sausage, or we would do huge breakfasts for lunch to feed them. So my point is this. I have spent a lot of my life in the kitchen cooking and I definitely know what I'm doing. So as an adult I have 4 teenage boys and a daughter who just moved out on her own. My kids always have friends in and out of the house and if they are here I feed them too. So I'm still cooking for an army. LOL These pans have never let me down. I just ordered a second set for myself and a set for my daughter. My son burns and scorches just about everything he tries to cook. I tried my best to teach him the right way, but he is a boy and very impatient. I have never had to throw out one of these pans because he burned stuff in it. It just wipes right out with a paper towel. So I get out the excess food and or grease then I wash them by hand like Grams taught me. You just have to have patience, and use very little oil. You can't cook everything on high heat with this set. Heat it up gradually treat them with love and care and they will last a lifetime.

Great pot set. Non-stick surface is good and heats up very quickly. Easy to clean.
Great pot set. Non-stick surface is good and heats up very quickly. Easy to clean. Would be nice if the cover was glass instead of metal. I would like to see what is cooking when making stews and broths without lifting the cover. Otherwise, the product works perfectly. Although product states that it's safe to use with metal utensils, I mainly have done cooking with either wooden or silicone cookware utensils and so far have not found any issue with scratching the pot surface.

This is nice cookware at a good price
I ordered the GreenPan Paris Pro Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 11 Piece Cookware Pots and Pans Set for a short term rental unit we have. I have been using a 13" GreenPan fri pan since I bought it in 2001. Its my go to breakfast skillet and saute pan. I also use it to brown or sear meat, and occasionally I use it for stir fry. The coating in the pan still looks as good as new, the handle is still firmly attached and finish on the outside of the pan looks great. I have other more expensive cookware that I like, but I use this one more than any other. It was an easy decision to go with GreenPan for the rental. We picked a set that we though made the most sense for our application, and they have many to choose from. I like that I can depend on this inexpensive quality cookware to serve our guest well for years to come.

A Great Cookwear Set
5/2/23 Update Well over a year of moderate use the cookware still looks great. Highly recommend? We were looking for a new cookwear set to replace our old Food Network ceramic set and settled on this set. We have had for a little over a month now and followed instructions. They are durable and clean up very easily. We were used to tossing our pots and pans in the dishwasher and hesitant about getting something which needed hand washing. As long as you let the pan cool before cleaning you will find it cleans up very easily. Pricing on Amazon was good--better than Kohl's on sale with a 30% off coupon. My only complaint is I wish it would have come with glass covers. If you are looking for an upgrade to your set I don't think you will be disappointed with Green Pan Paris.
