Love this stuff.
I bought this product about a week ago, and have been using it in several ways:1) AS A NASAL SPRAY. I bought it mainly for this purpose. I've been fighting a persistent sinus infection for the past two years; antibiotics have helped temporarily, but it's come back after each course of antibiotics. I bought a little bottle bottle of nasal spray, dumped out the toxic junk inside, washed it out, then filled it with 2/3 distilled water and 3 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide. The result is a 1 percent hydrogen peroxide nasal spray that works great. I noticed a difference the first time I used it. It hasn't yet "killed" the sinus infection but had a major, immediate positive effect on the symptoms. (To keep from damaging my nasal membranes, I'm erring on the side of caution, using it in this very dilute way.)NOTE: Some doctors warn against doing this, because in high enough concentration, it could damage nasal membranes. It could also, like any other nasal spray, accidentally be aspirated into the lungs. So anyone using it as a nasal spray should be aware that there may be some risk involved. My naturopath thinks it's fine as long as it's not too concentrated. I'm using it at 1 percent, and I can already feel great improvement in the sinus infection.2) AS AN EAR WASH. I like to spray a little very diluted hydrogen peroxide into my ears once a week or so. Just a little blast from the "nasal spray" bottle into each ear, then let it drain. (I learned this trick years ago; most cold and flu bugs can be stopped by an occasional dose of hydrogen peroxide in the ears. If you have an infection it'll bubble and fizzle for a few minutes while the hydrogen peroxide cleans it out. If no infection, there won't be any bubbling.) (Again, I like using a 1 percent solution so it won't irritate the ear.)Here again, some medical authorities frown on putting hydrogen peroxide in your ears. My personal experience has been that if I start catching a cold or flu, just a few drops in my ear can stop it in its tracks. I used to catch a bad cold or flu bug almost every year; in my years of using hydrogen peroxide in my ears, I've only had two colds, and they were short lived and mild.3) IN DRINKING WATER. Some people claim there are benefits of putting a very small amount of hydrogen peroxide in drinking water; others say it's dangerous to do so. Here again, most doctors don't like the practice, but some naturopaths recommend it. Mine thinks it's fine as long as it's (1) food grade, and (2) it's very diluted. This product is already so dilute (it's 3 percent food grade hydrogen peroxide), putting a few drops of it in a tall glass of water and drinking it is probably less than you'd get by accidentally swallowing a little when using it as a mouthwash. (If I bought 35 percent hydrogen peroxide, I'd use a single drop, not several drops.)Remember that what I'm describing here is 3 percent hydrogen peroxide. If you buy 35 percent peroxide, it would be very dangerous to use as I'm describing here. (You'd need to dilute it with 12 times as much water, to get it down to the low concentration I've been using.) Don't be a nitwit -- if you buy it more concentrated, dilute it more before using it.WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT THIS PRODUCT?1) It's food grade. It has no noxious fillers, additives or stabilizers.2) Most hydrogen peroxide has a somewhat noxious taste if you gargle with it. This product has a much milder taste. It tastes clean and fresh.3) For the ways I'm using it, particularly the nasal spray, I would not want to use the "store-bought" kind with the stabilizers and other junk in it.4) I like that it's 3 percent. 35 percent food grade peroxide is so concentrated it could cause skin burns if you got a drop on you. This product is the same low concentration as the type most of us are used to buying in neighborhood stores. All in all, I really like this product and will likely buy it again.

Great for clearing blemmishes!!!
I am so happy to be using a food grade H2O2. I began using it orally but the instructions were for the 35% food grade and this is the 3%, so it was difficult for me to figure out the correct increments to increase it by. So I started using it as part of my facial cleaning regiment. One reviewer didn't think this was even 3% because her fingers didn't turn white. I can assure you that places on my face turned white where I had broken skin and apparent dirt there. This is the 3% it claims to be. The company also is very good about reaching out and seeing if you have any questions or if they can answer questions. I am really glad I made the purchase and my face is happy for it. It's only been a short time that I've been using it for cleaning but so far so good and many of my problem blemishes have cleared now. I've been frustrated because I've been trying to clear them up to no avail. I recommend this brand to anyone looking for a good food grade H2O2.

Good stuff!
Many uses for me. I spray this onto my feet before putting into summer shoes or before I put on socks and it has taken care of my foot fungus way better than apple cider vinegar, white vinegar or anything else I've used. It is also helping on my fingers and the white effect where it is killing bacteria goes away in a minute or two and I am comforted that I am healing my fingers and toes. They look normal almost all the time now after years of trying to keep under nail fungus controlled. I also use this on a cotton ball occasionally on my face and half a cap full in my ears in the shower when I'm a bit clogged up. It's great for washing veggies and just an all round good product.

Cool Product
This, along with Apple Cider Vinegar and Baking Soda are my go-to compounds for nearly 75% of bodily maintenance. You can apply this stuff to acne or blemishes and it will clear them up. You can use it as a basic facial cleanser. You can use it to clean your ears. You can use it as a mouthwash or to kill bacteria deep inside teeth. If you have a bad toothache, try swishing half distilled water and have FGHP in your mouth for several minutes. The pain should dissipate immediately. I only wish I had known about FGHP before paying upwards of $2000 on a root canal. Now I have a dead tooth in my mouth which is western medicine's solution to a simple bacterial infection. I also know a few people who swallow a tsp of this stuff a couple times per week. Not condoning that but the point is, FGHP is the real deal.

I LOVE This Stuff!
I LOVE this stuff! The difference between this and what I used to buy at the store (cheap non-food grade) is astronomical. I had not realized that the cheap stuff has harmful stabilizers/ingredients until I did some research on why food grade is so much better for our bodies. I use it as a mouth rinse to help keep my teeth and gums healthy. I hold a small amount in my mouth until it foams up so much I can't contain it any more, several times a day. I don't have dental insurance and -- until I started using this plus also using a small amount of water with a drop or two of tea treat oil, also holding it in my mouth once or twice a day (note, NEVER swallow tea treat oil) for anywhere from a few minutes to up to a half hour (while watching TV or something) -- I was getting constant toothaches and bad infections in my gums/jaw. To be fair, I must add that I have also started taking AHCC daily to boost my immune system (as well as other quality supplements). Plus I also use Natural Factors Oil of Oregano by cutting small wedges of a cotton cosmetic pad to tuck in between my gums and my cheek and fit against my most problem areas in my mouth -- I soak the little pad wedges with the oil and I leave them in my mouth overnight and sometimes for a few hours during the day. Anyway, I have already re-ordered this product several times and it's a crucial part of my dental health routine.
