So we all know name brand Foodsaver bags are extremely overpriced. I mean 3x 11in rolls that total 48 feet for 28 bucks? My goodness. Well anyway I was looking for generics and came across these and you are getting double the length for half the cost. Seems to good to be true right? I was skeptical also. Well they came today and I still had a little bit of a 11in name brand roll left and I compared the two and honestly I couldn't see a difference. The plastic on both the smooth side and the textured side were to feel and sight the same as the name brand ones. I honestly could not tell a difference. The plastic didn't feel cheap or brittle and I saw no deformations or issues with the roll.As for working with the machine I have a Foodsaver V4840. While they do not fit inside the storage compartment for obvious reasons (it will once you use it some) the couple bags I did sealed perfect and sucked all the air out quite nice on some steaks and chicken. Once again I did not see a difference between the name brand and these. I'm really happy with them and would 100% recommend.

I like making any size bag I need. I vacuum seal a lot of boneless skinless chicken breasts which are different sizes (even in the same pack). So it’s nice to be able to customize the size I need. These two rolls will last quite a while. I even tried croissants, I did a soft seal, then stopped my sealer when I was satisfied it took enough air out. Then I sealed it.I’ve been using this roll for over a week without any issues. I would buy them again.

As said above I highly recommend these, did several trials as I'm not familiar with this brand and wet, dry, sharp, etc it didn't matter! I got some of the tighest and best seals every time! Of note as well the pattern in this bag very efficiently allows for the vacuum sealer to easily suck out the air, meaning quicker vacuum times between bagging food items!

These rolls are awesome! Work just as well as the name brand vacuum sealer bags. They DO NOT fit in the machine holder because they are so big. Once you use it, they'll eventually fit. I bought the 8 inch and then the 11 inch. I wish they'd do a combo of the different sizes (haven't checked if they actually do).

I was a little skeptical trying a non-brand vacuume sealer bags, but I’m a believer now! The only tiny issue was the size of the rolls wouldn’t fit my Foodsaver machine (too fat) my rolls were 11’x25’…..simple fix, just removed about half and created another roll! WILL be buying these again! My husband just processed 125lbs of venison brauts and bulk sausage and these things were just perfect!

These are sure great for the price difference compared to Food saver rolls. I'm hooked. I was actually wondering if I was saving money with the price of Food Saver brand, now I'm going to get the 8" also

I haven't noticed that they destroy the seal, but the rolls were very wrinkled. There is no excuse for wrinkled material like that. They are also quite thin compared to other secondary market bags (definitely not 3.5 mils on the clear side as others are). I cannot speak for if they keep their seal yet, but given the wrinkles and how thin they are, I won't be buying them again.

The vacuum sealer bags are an excellent way to keep meat from freezer burn, cheaper to buy large quantity and separate into what is needed for a meal, freeze cake, cookies and whatever you want to put into the freezer. It can also be used to seal other items and put on a shelf. Takes less room then big boxes. I love this product.Thank you for providing an easy way out. Cookie

I liked everything about this machine. I use it for preserving all my staples including my lettuce. Vacuun sealing lettuce keeps it from going rusty. My meat doesn have freexer burn, all my frozen food stays fresh with no ice crystals. The food last 5x longer vacuum sealed! No more throwing out good food that has gone to waste. It is a money saver and food preserver.

It is remarkable that only a couple of dollars lower can make such a difference to effectiveness. These bags are thin and for the purpose of vacuum sealing and freezing, they are less than acceptable. Only buy "name brand"

Good value but not extremely compatible with my machine. The seal tends to break and it can't be put away until i check after about an hr. Of it has sealed properly i will seal it a second time to be sure.I won't purchase this brand again. Too stressful.

I use this product to freeze certain food items. It’s a perfect size for puddings. I also use it when I use my sous vide function of my instant pot. Perfect for octopus and turkey breasts.
