I first came across Spermidine after having my hair fall out in clumps, and googling options. I had been diagnosed with a malabsorption syndrome and auto immune fair up. . I decided to try it as it would either stop the hair loss or not. I am not a supplement taker but I was desperate to stop the hair loss. I also no expectation for it to help my other issues but I was wrong. I took 4 tablets per day. Within a month the hair loss had stopped and my hair started growing in thicker all over. This was a physically dramatic, measurable change. I could see the bald spots filling in and a thicker fringe of hair about 1/4 inch long all over my scalp in places where it had been thinner. The other improvement was energy and mental clarity. I was normally dog tired by 3:00 every day and showing signs of auto immune issues. This supplement definitely made an improvement. I know because I stopped taking it after 6 months and my health issues started ti creep back. So for me I feel I’ve tested it both ways and I’m convinced it makes a difference.

It's expensive but I like it a lot : sleep lot better - more my energy level up plus when they were sold out I got little nervous which tells me it's great supplement

Seems like I have more energy especially for difficult physical tasks. I know the science behind it is compelling but I haven’t taken it long enough to say much.

I am a 60 year-plus male and I have just completed 8 full weeks using the SpermidineLIFE supplement. I initially didn’t know what to expect, but here is what I observed during this first months of use. I have been vigilant to lose and maintain a healthy weight over the previous six months, but my weight had plateaued after a few months of health eating and moderate exercise and I wasn’t making significant progress towards my goal. After using Spermidine along with continuing healthy living habits, I have again started to slowly lose some additional weight and am making slow healthy progress towards my goal. I have also noticed some increased energy and stamina while working in my garden and during walks and hikes, which I’m sure is due to continuing weight loss and exercise, but can also be attributed to proper healthy eating and including the Spermidine supplement. All in all, using the SpermidineLIFE supplement has been a positive experience to date, no observed negative impacts.

Spermidine may turn out to be one of the key supplements you should have in your at home formulary. However, cost is a consideration for most people, and at the price of this brand of Spermidine relatively few will be able to justify the cost. This is especially the case since, if my experience is typical, there was no noticeable effect.
