Men's Legendary Insulated Ski Trousers

I bought these salopettes to go skiing this season and they were excellent. I didn't have to wear leggings beneath and they kept me warm in the most hostile of conditions. They drew comment from fellow skiers about how efficiently they wicked water away which prevented them from becoming soaked and therefore no need to hang them in the drying rooms. The vents are located in the right areas for when it was warm and pockets and zips are well placed. 'Legendary' is a good, accurate description and I am really delighted with them. Well done Helly Hansen.

Bought these as a last minute replacement for my old salopettes, as they were on offer. Were perfect all week long, kept me warm and dry even in -10 snowy conditions.

The picture shows is the "Color 606 DEEP FJORD" (bright blue), but the I item I received is Navy... It still kind of matches my jacket but its not what I want. I will keep it as I don't have time to exchange now.

Very light and warm without being hot

Used them for 2 1/2 days and they are already tearing apart (see pictures). They feel good and warm. But the outer shell is bad quality.

One thing to watch for is that they are generously sized. I had to return a pair and drop a size. As you'd expect they are warm and comfortable but the surprising thing is how much cooling air you get when unzipping the vents in warmer conditions.

Present for husband’s skiing trip in January.

I got my usual size they're slightly loose but not baggy. Very light despite the insulation layer, I don't think they're gonna make me sweat too much. You could wear some merino long johns under but I'm just gonna use some poly shorts.
