This senior ferret food has done wonders for our ferret who is 4 years old. We thought he was on his last leg and I switched him to this. Within weeks he gained his weight back, was active and playful again. This food has really brought him back to life. Never buy Wild harvest ferret food. It literally was killing my ferret over time.

My girls are 4 and 5 years old, and they love this stuff! We fed them the Zupreem Grain-Free diet for years, but then about 8 months ago my little fuzzy Magoo had to have a huge bladder stone removed. It was a cysteine stone, from a too-high-in-protein diet! Weird! I'd always been told that high-protein = best diet for ferrets. Anyway, we switched to this lower-protein stuff, and both Pixie and Magoo happily much away on their food every day. It's a couple dollars cheaper on Amazon than it is at the closest petco store. Plus, with Prime shipping it comes fast and it saves me a long drive. If your fuzzies are on the younger side, stick with a higher- protein diet. But for older woozles, this stuff is great.

My ferrets have tried all different kinds of ferret foods and Marshall is THE ONLY brand they will eat the crap out of. Any other brand food they pick at and just wont eat. Plus there fur is shiny and they look healthy when they are on the Marshall's diet.

I’m glad it’s attempted to be for senior ferrets but idk…they don’t like it as much. I had to mix the regular and senior.
