Awesome book. Easy to read and a wealth of useful information.

After listening to Dr. Naidoo speak during a NAMI videoconference, I purchased her book. The book is good. I am very satisfied with that purchase. Then I purchased this Summary version of that book, as a reference. While randomly skimming the Summary to see what it is like, I noticed typos such as dementa, cheakpeas and that micronutrients can be found in placebo. That has left me wondering what else about the Summary is not correct? By the way, the inside of the Summary states that it is unofficial. Your money is probably best spent on the original, complete book.

Great book lots of useful information

If you want a summary of the book pay a high school kid $20 to read a write something up. You probably do better. Someone has created a great business model of paying cheap labor somewhere to skim and copy until some minimum page count is reached. This has everything: redundancy, errors, misspellings. Lame.

This was too strenuous on my brain. I ate a pound of fudge with sprinkles and lay down for a nap. Stupid brain thinkin books.

I can't even figure out what this extremely large print, lots of white space book is supposed to be. I was expecting easy to access information from the very detailed book. This is like an attempt at Cliff Notes but for a 1st grader. Don't waste your money. This was a total waste of money for understanding what the original book was providing.

This book is useless. I was expecting some new information but it’s a lot of scientific gobbledygook that I don’t understand and I’m so glad I didn’t spend money on the book. The little bit of food information was stuff I already knew

This publication isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on. There was obviously no editing. Don’t waste your money!
