Wüsthof Classic 3.5 Inch Paring Knife, Black, 9 cm

This has to be the best knife I have purchased so far. The build quality is excellent and the knife is super sharp. It copes with every task required of it with ease. The steel is of high quality and should last a lifetime if looked after. It’s comfortable with a good grip and perfect weight and the fit and finish is second to none.

This is a very nice knife to work with, the blade is firm and keeps it's edge very well. With the full tang design makes for a very comfortable knife to work with.

Only knife I buy life time...just do not put any quality knife in the dishwasher wash by hand with your quality glasswear

We have had our whole set of Wusthof knives for about nine years. Our pairing knife recently broke when we accidentally dropped it. I ordered this pairing knife to replace it, but I forgot how sharp they are when new! This realisation made me realise it was maybe time for a new one anyway. All Wusthof knives are great, and we have never had any issues with them.

Lovely sharp knife for veggies

Good quality, very sharp. Comes in a small box, with knife inserted in a flimsy thin plastic container. For the price, I would expect it to be in a stronger box like the Zelite Infinity series. I purchased this knife because the handle has flat sides, the Zelite does not. No blade sheath so you need to buy one, I found one on Amazon for around £2.

Westhoff macht gute Messer. Day kleine Ding ist jetzt schon über ein Jahr bei mir im Einsatz und ich bin immer noch glücklich. Nur schärfen musste ich es selber da es für mich nicht scharf genug ankam. Ich hab aber auch hohe Ansprüche 😊

Great paring knife. Wusthof is now the only knife I’d buy!

Utilisé chaque jour, c'est vraiment l'ustensile le plus utilisé dans la cuisine. Après des mois, il coupe toujours autant. L'entretien est facile. Bref je ne peux que le perdre et si ça arrive je rachète le même, même marque les yeux fermés.
