Hyland's Naturals Leg Cramps PM

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this product works! It's easy to take, just dissolve two tablets under your tongue, so if I wake up with a cramp in the middle of the night I don't have to fumble around for water to take pills. I've been having severe leg cramps at night and the first time I took this the leg cramps disappeared and I was able to go back to sleep almost immediately.

My go-to for night time muscle cramps, most of the time it works within 45 minutes. Simple to take, I just pop the recommended dose under my tongue, and they taste ok. They have a daytime formula which helps as well.

The only thing that helps with my restless legs and getting sleep!! I usually take 3 at night about 30mins before bed. (4 on a bad night) Truly helps! My daughter who has Fibromyalgia has been dipping into my stash now and it really helps calm her pain in her legs. Of course, talk to your doctor first, but I'm a big fan!!

I am an avid walker and a cyclist. I regularly suffer from leg cramps soon after I fall asleep. I endured this for many years. I would either stand up, walk around a little, or consume Saltsticks capsule. Most of the time I can go back to sleep. The difference with these pills is that when you start feeling that you are about to get cramps, you just pop two pills under the tongue and the cramps don't even start. Even if I get the cramps suddenly, I just take the pills, and I will recover within seconds or a maximum of couple of minutes. I won't even know, but I would have drifted back into sleep. I don't take these pills proactively - only when I feel cramps are going to start or after the cramps start. Hard to believe, yes, these pills are truly effective for my body. They don't taste like anything, no smell, and I won't even know when they would melt and I swallow. I can't recommend these pills enough. Why suffer when you could be sleeping well? I am very happy that I came across this product.

I was really skeptical (but desperate) about these as I have blown a lot of money on muscle cramp meds and cure alls. To my surprise however, they work, at least on the debilitating cramps I get after exercising and even the ones that suddenly come on at night. The instructions say to let the tablets melt in your mouth; they have a neutral, not unpleasant flavor. I sometimes take three when the cramping feels like my foot or calf is trying to twist off of my leg; there doesn’t seem to be any ill effects like stomach upset, which I’ve experienced with OTC pain relievers. My cramps are resistant to magnesium spays and self administered massage, so this has been a happy surprise. My only concern is the ingredients, which, as the label warns, aren’t recognized by the FDA or medical groups. A friend who is a medical researcher said he wouldn’t take them, but he doesn’t suffer from crying on the floor in pain leg cramps. I recommend these based on my own experience.

These have worked great for me and are fast acting. Sometimes after working out a lot I get feet cramps when lying in bed at night and I can't even move it locks up so much. This has completely stopped that.

The pill work almost immediately on my log cramps that wake me at night. I keep a bottle on my nightstand and best of all it dissolves in my mouth without ever having to leave my bed. And Pain is gone!!!

Good for PM as it knocks me out but it does nothing for my legs. And somehow I still wake up in the middle of the night even though I'm so groggy that I can barely function. And groggy for a few hours after I get up. I basically only take these on the weekends now.

Since using this product i have had no cramps. thank you.
