I buy a lot of emotional regulation tools and this is by far the favorite. My girls (5 and 7) love that it's so straight forward. We've purchased whole curriculums and breathing tools and mindful activity cards and a whole sensory swing. They also really love the sensory swing. But this is very direct and easy to access information. When I'm feeling this, I do this. They pretty much have everything memorized by now because they force everyone to identify their feelings when visiting. It covers a range of feelings and useful suggestions for each and have pictures beside the suggestions to make it easier to memorize for younger kids. This is definitely the one!

Well made flipbook, child friendly, and provides great info that is clear and concise. I am a pediatric occupational therapist and I have used this little flipbook with my kiddos at work. This was a great tool to implement with the kids and they have not struggled with using it! Even for the kiddos who do not read well, they were able to identify emotions and feelings with the faces and colors on the front which are easy to see. Great product!

Two pages were flipped, which made it a little tricky to use, but overall a decent product. My daughter still likes to use it.

I purchased this flip book several times for therapy sessions. Good price for full-sized book. Various emotions included on one side as identification and when you flip the book, you will see options for manage the emotion you choose. I like the fact that positive emotions has management options as well! My kiddos love the book and use it often. If you're looking for something to help your kiddo understand and manage their emotions, this book is a must have!

Good tool to help young grandchildren

This was great for my 2 year old. She knows all 15 emotions and we will utilize the additional info about emotions to dive further into understanding

This book gives a person the tools to handle each situation

I'm a SLP and I plan to use this in language therapy. My only complaint with the book is some of the pages are out of order and I can't change them. For example, one side of my easel says "unwell" and the teachers side is the prompts for "sad." 2 of the emotions are like this.

I love how easily my kids can look at the front page and use the tabs to flip to the emotion they are feeling. Great suggestions for dealing with the feeling, I hadn’t thought of listening to music when feeling angry but my son picked that suggestion out straight away and it worked like magic to calm him down.

Ideal for discussing feelings - as a childminder it is something we often explore and discuss. Helping engage children - supporting the understanding so they can put their emotions into words

My 2 year old loves this flip chart, we have it on the table at breakfast. It’s easy to use, good quality and she loves it! Would definitely buy it again as a gift.

Nice visuals for kids. I love the color. It’s hard pages too. The choice page could have been better if it can be tangible or bigger fonts and picture.
