Easy to assemble, sturdy and weatherproof, toddler is very happy!

I received it with a missing part. They responded immediately and sent me a replacement. I was surprised how quickly I got it. Unfortunately, it was cracked when I got it. Again, they responded immediately and I received another one within days. Quickest customer service I have had in a long time. My grandchildren LOVE the dome. Khloee was very helpful.

I purchased the 6 ft model for my 4 year old child. Assembly was difficult - not an absolute nightmare like some have been having, but you definitely want to people to put this together (a 4 year old won't cut it). The instructions were not great, but acceptable. Besides the difficulty of holding the pieces in place while bolting them together, it was unclear on where to put the washers so I ended up bolting and unbolting some joints a couple times. The pictures appear to show a bolt on both sides of the joints, but if you read the detail of the text, it just says 1 washer (after requiring 2 per joint at the base). Also, a couple extra bolts and washers would have been nice just in case. The whole process (including trying it by myself, finding my 13 year old, bolting and unbolting) took under 2 hours. Once built, it's pretty sturdy and stable. Even though the dimensions were provided in the product listing, it feels a bit smaller than I expected. The paperwork says 2-9 year olds, but I think the 6 ft model is realistically only good for up to about 6 years old. My 9 year old likes climbing up the outside and jumping off, but he's too big to hang from the inside. Despite the stability, it is light enough that I can move it around in the yard if I need to.

Packed and shipped perfectly, design is great! My grandchildren love it!!Most of all, the customer service I received from Lamya was so incredible that I am still talking to friends about it !! Definitely recommend this product !

Not worth the money. Item is way smaller than shown and instructions extremely confusing. States 6 kids can use this but only for very small kids maybe 2-3 at best. Returning is terrible. Due to the weight and not by Amazon, you have to take and pay for shipping yourself. I’ve shopped Amazon for many years and happy but this is my worst purchase.

I like that it’s put together. I hate your little tool my hands hurt I don’t like that nothing is labeled but my son is going to live it

I would buy again. Very sturdy. I would recommend two people to assemble.

Great exercise for kiddos with out them thinking about it
