No, it’s the grip only. You’ll need to supply your own grip tape.

It doesn't have "made in China on it"!! No real manufacturer's name but it does have a large USA on it.

Q: I am looking for a suction cup attachment for my new champ key putter. With the pistol grip. I cannot find them anywhere that will fit that grip

I purchased one of the grips and installed in on my putter, but found out it was too large for my putter holder on the side of my fgolf bag. So I am not surprised you cannot find a suction cup to fit it. Modifications may be required to get one to fit.

I don't know your grip oval size. This one is about 1 1/8" at the shaft and 1 7/8"x1 1/8" at the end. There is a picture with sizes listed.
