Poorly packaged.
The item was good but arrived broken due to lack of protection in the box. Evri courier dropped it.Would have been 5 stars if better protected.

Far too fragile!
I bought this for my mother for her Christmas Tree but it is so fragile that it broke just by me carrying it. I am outside the return window so cannot get a replacement or refund. For a very expensive decoration this is very disappointing.
