I live in a country where 80% of people have vit-D deficiency because we all work in offices and the sun is too strong to be outside for a long time. I am also 40 years old, overweight, I don’t eat healthy and i don’t work out. I don’t go to the beach, I am always indoors and working a lot. I should have vit-D deficiency by any metric. I’ve been taking this for a few months, I did my bloodwork test and my vitamin D is in the top 30% of normal levels. It definitely works.

The soft gel caps are smaller than I expected and are very easy to swallow. After having low vitamin D levels for years and having to take paste (unpleasant taste) six months of theses supplements and my levels are slightly over, which I am addressing. Great result for me after long standing deficiency.

Almost a perfect product. There is an unspecified amount of toxic seed oil in it but pretty much every other product is 100% seed oil or some form of insulin spiking powdered starch. Remove the seed oil and this will be a 5 star product.

This is a must have for African Americans. No upset stomachs, absorbs great, gives lots of energy and overall what is needed to support our skin! Great value for the money and easy to use/swallow.
