Great pan with no Teflon
Looks great. Sturdy pan. I've used this pan for cooking sauces, pasta, potatoes and cooking veg. Heats up quite quickly to the boil then I turn the heat down. Washes great, no scrubbing for what I use it for. This pan replaced a very expensive pan, bought many years ago, but it's old and worn out, so splashed out on this this replacement pan, plus the fact NO TEFLON.

Seems great so far!
Only used a few times so far, but I am really impressed and happy with it. I followed the seasoning instructions and have had nothing stick to it, I do cook with oil as why wouldn't you lol. I mostly cook fried rice in a wok, so eggs, garlic, chilli, etc. The food comes out clean, so washing up is no more than a wipe. I guess being non stick coated it's best not to make it crazy hot and with the raised pattern to stop you rubbing the coating directly I think it should last a long time. It looks really good too and cost much less than the other hexagon brand!!

Top class non stick wok and for well under half the price of a hex lad or pure clad
Having trawled the Amazon site reviews for non stick woks and compared other online stores. The wok arrived well packed in under 24 hrs with prime. On opening the box, it immediately became clear that this was a quality item. Easy to read instructions on how to put the handle on with the supplied spanner and they include 2 spare nuts. I followed the pre-use guide and then set about cooking. I was sceptical of the non stick performance but was impressed and thought the sales videos used silicon oil. But no, it truly is non stick on the hob and in the grill. Cleaning afterwards was a doddle with no stains, scratches or marks. It is not very often that I’m impressed but glad to say that I am. The price is very reasonable too considering the lid is included.

Sticking frying pan.
This pan does not live up to its hype. It looks good but performs poorly. I followed all the instructions when setting it up. The first few times it was used it was fine, it cooked well and cleaned up fine. However, gradually food began to stick. I checked the instructions to make sure I was using it correctly, which I was but still I had issues with food sticking. It has now got to the stage where it can only be used for low temperature cooking and even then, food begins to stick. I would not buy another one and definitely would not recommend this pan.

Great chefs pan…. Not great Wok!
This is a great chefs pan. Top quality manufacturing and attention to detail ie. Steel fasteners for the pan handle and lid knob. (handle attaches v easily and stays cool in operation). Reassuringly weighty but not too heavy to lift unless u have some limitations. I seasoned the pan as directed and it has behaved well and looks like new after a risotto and a curry. I have a very basic electric hob. However it needs warming relatively slowly and using plenty of oil. It works great on a lower heat than I have used with other pans. It’s advertised as needing v little oil for non stick and ad shows the pan being used as a high heat wok. I wouldn’t expect great results from either of these things! So 4 stars for me and a change to the way I cook.

High Quality Pan
I have had this pan for 6 months now, used every day, sometimes more than once, so now is the right time to give a realistic review. Looks impressive, with the unusual nonstick coating, and a solid feel to the stainless steel base and handle. Quality glass lid, with a vent hole. After using it for a couple of times, I noticed that some of the food was sticking to the surface, which was not good. I contacted the manufacturers, who did show honest concern, and asked me to persevere, and allow a little more time. They said they would refund, if not completely satisfied. Fair enough. This is a brilliant quality pan. Not much if anything sticks, but a few foodstuffs do, but nothing to serious. Heat distribution is excellent, and is a lovely size to cook stir fry food etc. It cleans without any issues, like new. I have never put it in the dishwasher, wash it by hand, so simple, and quick, and comes up like new every time. I have reviewed the 1 star comments, and don’t understand the comments about being sticky! Handle missing- fair enough, but easily rectified. I believe in spending as much as you can afford when buying products of this nature. I’m very satisfied with this purchase. Update a year on. The photo you see is a year on. This pan gets used every day, sometimes twice. Stir fry, sauces, frying onions, mushrooms etc. Its absolutely brilliant. I always wash it by hand. Some items stick ever so slightly, however, the pan cleans like this every time with a little soapy water. Best pan I have ever bought....and I have bought a few. Just buy it!

An excellent pan.
I use a pan for cooking pasta most days but last week my pan of many years started shedding teflon and had to be retired. I had a spare but it proved very resistant to heat; water took twice as long to boil and I had to use my electric ring on full power to keep it boiling as opposed to one setting below full power previously. QED a new pan was required and I chose this one based on the reviews. It's a superb pan; the presentation and packaging are exemplary as is the build quality. I'd pay several pounds for the included metal multi-gauge spanner alone; needed to attach the handle and very clever. The non-stick areas are very clever and extremely effective. This is sold as 20cm but that includes the spout so it's actually 19.5cm and not very deep; the depth of a large milk pan and smaller than I hoped. That said, it's marvellous! It responds to energy with great efficiency and boils water faster and at one setting below my good previous pan! My only caveats are the size as mentioned (however it's proving a perfect size for spaghetti etc so no actual complaint) and the spout being on the right. Maybe it's just me but if I'm holding a pan in my right hand then I want to pour to the left not right. Highly recommended!

Not very non stick
I wanted a non stick pan that would make my eggs glide when I fried them and not need much oil. This isn't that pan. It's good, sturdy, very heavy and deep but it's not very non stick. I still need oil and my eggs always stick. To be fair, I don't think this pan is made for that. It's more like a wok for cooking and if there's liquid in the recipe it does very well. I just picked the wrong pan for my needs. Also, I've never put it in the dishwasher and very carefully wash by hand. It wasn't cheap, but I feel it will last a long time for cooking stir fries, and it has good capacity, so it depends on your needs.
