Wonderful Blanket
Just make sure you let it air out. The natural oils make it a little smelly when you first get it, but fades fast. Keeps you very warm. If you need to wash, get a wash bag for it. But wonderful blanket.

Good quality material
These are great blankets, I use mine to pull over my comforter and it feels like a heated blanket and it makes it extra warm plus it's not itchy it's super soft instead I really like these blankets

High quality, warm, and cozy!
Got it for a couch throw and it’s warm and cozy! Pretty stiff and a bit strong smelling (I don’t mind the smell) out of the package. The card that comes with it recommends not washing it but I gave it a cold, delicate, wash with some Woolite detergent followed by a low-heat tumble dry. Almost no lint or pilling after one wash and it’s now much softer and has almost entirely removed the smell. So I would recommend at least one wash/dry if using around the house.

Awesome
Love it. Great blanket. Warm. Nice material. Smells like wool. Let it air-out. It will be ok.

Lightweight wool blanket
This is the closest blanket we found that reminds us of the original Navy blankets! Flat for storage and yet warm. Nice threading around the edges to keep it from fraying!!!

Good value for the price point
Yes, there's a bizarre odor out of the bag. Probably best to wash. Used delicate cycle, cold water and a cap full of Woolite. Then put in the dryer on delicate. Ran 2 28 minute sessions and finish with 10 minutes on medium. Looks great. There was about a cup of lint in the trap but that was expected. Bought two, will probably buy one more.
