LiteXpress LXB430 2 Mode LED Upgrade Module 430 or 40 Lumen Only for 2 C/D Cell Maglite Torches

Bought this to upgrade a ten year old 2 cell maglite, which, to be honest , never impressed me with it's light . Fitted this in seconds, and amazed at the difference, full lum is incredibly bright and white, even the power saving mode is good for most uses and will run for a claimed 90 hours. Delighted with my purchase. The maglite will no longer sit in a drawer, but will be used!

This has absolutely given my old Maglite, which was being outdone by even cheap LED torches, a new lease of life. It's great on tight beam, but when you adjust to flood there is a large dark patch in the middle of the beam which makes it pretty useless. Still a good upgrade, but not ideal without the flood option.

I now have two maglite torchs,now both fitted with this upgrade, It has made a good product,into a brilliant product, Would highly recommend. 👌

Found my old 2D Maglite a while back and had been fixing it up. The little halogen bulb was just as disappointingly dim as I remember. This nifty little module brings it back in line with more modern torches, the bright setting is nice and bright, the low setting is way brighter than it was with its original bulb and should have an astronomical battery life. Overall very impressed.

My original 2x C cell had been in a box for years. The batteries were corroded, which was a job in its self. Had to dig them out. Removing and refitting the bulb socket and switch unit was a pain. Had to do this to remove remains of battery. It was seconds to fit this. So for me it was worth it. I've now removed all batteries from things I don't use.

This made a big difference to my old Maglight - much brighter.

I had a couple of old halogen maglites and I’ve fitted one of these kits to them both and was impressed. Bought another halogen one second hand off eBay and adapted it with one of these for my Mrs to keep in her car. Brilliant.
