Important book
Have been following Dr Ornish for years, and continue to be impressed by the sheer volume of studies that suggest that his low fat (and other) lifestyle changes approach have a wide range of benefits. Loads of recipes in this book, and chapters on yoga, meditation, exercise etc. Would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing Ill health or who wants to find out practical (and do-able) ways to avoid it.

How to get healthy and enjoy the process.
I released 130 lbs on a whole foods plant based diet.For anyone starting on this journey I recommend this book first, then How Not to Die, then Proteinaholic, then Presto. Look them up. But then, get healthy.
