Cambridge University Press International AS and A Level Physics Coursebook with CD-ROM Paperback – Big Book, 7 August 2014

The book is very well designed, covers a large scope of ideas and explains concepts really well. However I did find that it lacks challenging or advanced questions and tends to explain concepts only on the surface and slightly more. Doesnt go in depth too much. But as a book that explains the general concepts of almost everything that physics focuses on, it's a really good book, albeit a bit simple and easy.

NOT recommended for CBSE studentsThey lag at the derivation part but still they are quite helpful to relate the theory with the practical application partThey have alot of images that help in explaining and understanding the concept
