considering the really low price during the prime days, I was really worried that it may hurt my hairy legs and that I might not use it wearing short, but it's actually really good quality, doesn't hurt at all. The printing on it is super low quality, not as shown on the photos, but it doesn't matter, still deserve the 5 stars considering the price.

For the price, they're not bad, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of material quality. However, there are a few drawbacks: Material Quality: The biggest issue is the material. The bands feel a bit thin and flimsy compared to higher-quality resistance bands I've used. I'm a little concerned about their long-term durability, especially with regular use. They seem like they could snap or tear if stretched too aggressively. Rolling and Bunching: The bands tend to roll up and bunch during certain exercises, which can be a bit annoying. This is a common issue with cheaper resistance bands. No Carrying Case: While they're easy to pack, it would have been nice if they came with a small carrying case or bag to keep them organized. Very low quality, resistance ratings are not correct.

Affordable, light weight, easy to carry and do the job pretty well. Multiple resistance bands with different strengths were recommended by my physio and so far working well. I’m enjoying using them.
