Seller not responsive
Today marks the 6th day since I received the cooker and still chasing the seller to come install.. Couple of hours ago had to bring a technician and shoulder the installation cost since the seller is not even responding! First impression.. strong build material however oven temperature and time needed seems too long. So far not a pleasant experience.

Incorrect Specs
Bought this product precisely because of its dimensions 60X60x90 After selling my current oven I receive the new one already 1 day later than promised only to find out the dimensions were incorrect... very poor experience!

Elegant cooker
I've just purchased this cooker and I could see it's efficient and has good quality, besides looking so elegant. The only negative point is that it's necessary to purchase a plug for connecting the device to the power switch since it doesn't come with the product. So, you might have to hire an electrician for doing it for you.
