The cats love it, but beware that since it’s made out of cardboard material, it will make a mess on the floor from the pieces that get ripped off while the cats are scratching. Definitely would need to be replaced once completely worn offThe catnip that comes with it was also a hit with the furry ones. The built-in ball is great if your cat is into it

This thing will only live for 3 or 4 months top. Our cat is less than one year old, and she doesn't it use that often, though after 4 months the carton body is breaking down, and the paper cover starts to peel. I had to throw it as the cat started trying to eat the paper, and also I had to clean the carton bits daily now.

The product was different to the picture above .. and it is a simple scratch pad without the toy .. very dissapointed with the product . I am not able to return it as I have opened the packaging.

I like it! and the catnip that comes with it is a high quality.

The product arrived without any damages and it is as it does the job.
