トランクルームの横にバッテリースペースがあるので、仕切りの内装を切り取ってインジケータを埋め込みました。バッテリーレベルが上から「低」「中」「満」になっているのは直感的じゃないかも。充電器をつなぐための接続ポイントがトランクルーム内にあるのは便利。延長コードも購入して、車室内に配線しておくとスマートです。

Cette prise de recharge pour batterie est vraiment très utile et facilite grandement la recharge de sa batterie de voiture. Son installation dans la voiture demande un peu de travail minutieux, assez facile à réaliser, mais une fois que son installation est faite, finie la corvée d’ouvrir le capot de voiture, de se salir les mains pour brancher les pinces croco aux bornes de la batterie et de trouver ou caler le chargeur pour qu’il ne tombe pas quand on referme le capot. Dans mon cas, la batterie de mon 4x4 est située sous les sièges arrière et j’ai pu faire une installation propre et esthétique (voir photos). Quand je n’utilise pas mon véhicule pendant quelques temps, je branche tout simplement le chargeur / mainteneur CTEK sur cette prise, je referme la porte de voiture et je l’oublie jusqu’à mon retour 😉 De plus, les 3 petits clignotants (vert / orange / rouge) permettent de savoir en permanence d’un coup d’œil quel est le niveau de charge de ma batterie. Vraiment un achat que je ne regrette pas, pour un prix assez modique. Je recommande pour se simplifier la tâche.

A very nice accompanyment to the CTEK charging system. I purchased one for each of my vehicles and even got one for my cab enclosed tractor. A good feeling always knowing the current status of your battery. My single complaint is that the length of the wire is too short by about a foot at the least. My first went into a 3/4 ton diesel (2 battery) pickup truck. I had to cut the line to thread it through the panel (firewall) separating the engine compartment and the passenger compartment. With the fuse in line, it was impossible to thread it through that space so I cut the line, threaded it through the firewall and was able to customize the install (create/cut into panelling) to the dashboard and very neatly mount the indicator panel.I did have to add at least an additional foot of cable/wire for this to work. Had to do the same for my Toyota Landcruiser. The included 5 feet of cabling is not sufficient for larger vehicles but may be OK for more compact cars..As well, most firewalls are essentially sealed which doesn't allow for the passage of the cable with the built in fuse so be prepared to cut your line and possibly add more length as I had to.. Works great once installed!! Very clean and high quality componentry..Highly recommended!
