Great soil miracle grow never disappoints, used for years for my giant aloe plant as well as for smaller succulents as they grow I'm periodically replanting in larger pots. But important to note good quality shipping, they packaged the 2 pack well , I recommend to select use packaging to ensure no mess on transit and delivery. I paid a fantastic price for the 2 pack.

perfect soil quality for succulents. Easy to use. Prevents prolonged retention of water. Unaware of a scent.

It got here fast. I use this to start palm tree seeds in my grow room. They grow fast then I take them to my sister in Florida and she always ask what soil I am using. No smell. Good drainage. I think they got this mixture right for the specific plants listed on the bag. I'm an amateur. But the ease of use makes me feel like I know what I'm doing. It's nice to get a quality product.

This is great soil for your cacti and succulents. I bought this 2 pack because of the special and I liked having 2 smaller bags than one large one. The smaller bags are easier to handle and store. I hate trying to wrangle the bigger bags and don't like reaching way down into the largest bags to get a cup of soil. I used 1 bag while the other stayed sealed, fresh, and without the annoying gnats that find small openings to get into the larger bags if not tightly closed. I planted over 100 cuttings with these 2 bags.

When it comes to miracle grow you have to keep your fingers crossed that you don't wind up with a bag of gnats so happen this bag did not appear to have nats The smell is not mildew the smell is chicken manure that's your fertilizer how I know I was raised on a farm which is good fertilizer but I know what chicken manure smell like. Doesn't bother me but the gnats do so I just keep my fingers crossed that I get a bag that does not contain a lot of gnats other then that it's pretty good soil.
