I bought these to see if they would help my Honda Pilot. I gotta say, I noticed about a 10 % increase in mileage. Nothing scientific here, just more miles on the odometer before I needed gas. Really noticed it on a long trip. Anyway, I think its helping and I've bought them again. My thinking on products like these is this: If your engine is clean -either new or well maintained- you may not notice any significant improvement. Like putting clean dishes in the dish washer. There's no difference but it doesn't mean the dish washer isn't working. If your engine is of average use -like apparently mine was- then this helps clean out whatever unwanted gunk is in there and helps your engine run a little better. If your engine is really bad, then when this stuff cleans it out, well, that gunk has to go somewhere. It gets burned up with the gas and your car may actually run worse until it clears it all out. These are the only scenarios I can think of that would explain why some people swear BY this stuff and others swear AT it! I know its a generalization and of course there are varying degrees of quality and additives from brand to brand, but I think its a pretty fair summary. Also, I add some to my 2 cycle fuel mixes for my string trimmer, snow blower etc. They're not fuel injected but they have all those small ports and needle valves and such that I think products like these can also help keep clean.

I’ve never believed in this stuff because in the past it hasn’t worked but this brand in incredible and for the price you can’t beat it! It brought back power and made the extremely rough idle barley noticeable anymore!! Amazing, I’m very happy with this product and will be buying again!

I use this in my 5.4L Ford just to keep the fuel system clean and operational at peak efficiency. So far so good 25 years and over 200K miles. Still going strong.

I use this gas treatment when I get to around a 1/4 tank, pour in a bottle and then drive about 10 miles and then fill up the tank to at least 1/2 full or more and can definitely feel my wife's car idle and run smoother, I use it around 2 to 3 times a year, definitely recommend

I am a believer in these! I drive a 2004 Infiniti G35. The engine had sat for a while and I bought it used. I thought it was the air filter but that didn’t seem to be the problem related to the poor throttle response. I ran a bottle of this through the engine and it is working better than before. Throttle response is great and a minor MPG boost was observed. Only one or two miles per gallon. Great price on these as well!

I add this STP concentrated fuel injector cleaner to my trucks gas tank every few months to keep the fuel system clean and keep moisture in the fuel from freezing up during cold winter weather. I've been using it for years and it seems to work well. Each spring, as part of my routine annual maintenance and tune up, I also will slowly pour some down the intake with the engine running to help keep the cylinder heads, valves, oxygen sensor and catalytic converter clean. I would do it a day before the tailpipe test for annual state emission inspection and never had problem with passing the emissions test.

Its hard to know if it makes a difference as the car, a 2008 BMW 750 was running well before it was put in the tank. So I have to trust its a good thing to use it for fuel injected engines As far as using it, the long neck made it easy and mess free to pour into the gas tank.

This stuff works however follow these steps to get the results your after. Step 1: Drive your vehicle until the gas tank is almost empty Step 2: Pour fuel system treatment directly into your gas tank now drive for ten to fifteen minutes. Now all you need to do is fill up your tank and start driving. The fuel system treatment will begin working immediately and you should notice significant differences within 40 to 50 miles, if not sooner. Remember to repeat this process every month or two to prevent additional build up within your fuel system. Some carbon buildups in your system may not be able to be removed with fuel treatment. To prevent them from becoming worse, continue to use injector cleaner on a regular basis.
