Publisher said this is full version
We purchased this book for my sons GCSE and queried if this was a shortened version, we asked the publisher and it isn’t. It’s the full version and they sold 100,000+ copies to schools apparantly. So after a mild panick of my son not reading the same version as his peers, panick over. Great price too, as is something he would not want to read by choice.

Not good for GCSE annotations...
Kinda my fault for not thinking but bought to annotate for GCSE,but Dr Jekyll only takes up like a 1/5 of the book lol, so if you want for GCSE, don’t get this copy, but for reading its good! :)

The font is SMALL
This is a book comprising of jekyll and Hyde and a few other stories written by the author. My only complaint is that the font is so small it is so difficult to read it's just uncomfortable. I'm not some half blind 80 year old either, I'm 26 with decent eyes that don't require glasses and I struggled so badly I ended up ditching it for a different edition.Unless you have eyes like superman or wonder woman or an extensive collection of magnifying glasses I'd give this edition a hard pass.

Mr Hyde is... Who?
Wow. Have never read this book before. Yes, I have seen many films with Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde but none had the correct storyline of Mr Hyde. I enjoyed the original storyline more than the many film versions. I could not “get into” the additional stories in the book but will try again.Have started recreational reading again due to our child studying GCSE’s and have enjoyed the selection of books chosen for the English classes.

Not great for annotating for GCSE, but good read
It's small and easy to bring around to school, only thing is the paper cover unravels so easily when exposed to slight moisture. Also good read. I forgot so many details from the book because I forgot to study but I somehow got a grade 8 for English Literature? I don't know either
