Best brown sugar substitute in the market!
My favorite brown sugar substitute! I use it to make candied bacon, Hawaiian chicken bbq, cookies, you name it! It doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste - at least not to me.

The Best Sugar Substitute
This is the best tasting brown sugar substitute that I have used. It measures just like brown sugar and has the same consistency so it is very easy to use in recipes using brown sugar. There is no problem with an unpleasant aftertaste as I have noticed in most sugar substitutes. This brown one as well as the classic white sugar substitute are both great!

Great baking product … with one caveat
This is a great blend for CERTAIN kinds of baking. It delivers the sweetness and chemistry of sugar thats needed in baking … except for one thing: caramelization. I specifically tried it first on an applesauce cake recipe I make often. I typically use brown or turbinado sugar in the batter. The effect with either is a caramelized top bottom and side crust on the cake, which distinguishes the recipe with its texture and makes it exceptionally flavorful as well. This blend did not do that. So I’d say, if you want a lower calorie baking sugar, this will do the trick. Just don’t expect caramelization.

No Aftertaste! Best tasting alternative sweetener.
No Aftertaste! Absolutely the best tasting alternative sweetener, AND one of the few alternative sweetener that DOES NOT effect your INSULIN levels. Use this for baking and enjoy the identical texture to that of baked goods made with traditional sugar. Expensive. But worth it simply for the health benefits, specifically on balancing blood sugar levels.

Good product.
This blend of sweeteners works very well in baking. Gives my low carb apple crisp a decidedly caramel flavor and I love it. Only issue is the price. At 7.99 for a 12oz bag I can not afford to use it that much.

Not a good substitute for brown sugar, try Truvia Sweet Complete instead
The actual product is even paler in color than the pictures show, which are already very pale. This product is much more like white sugar erythritol substitutes. It does not pack like brown sugar so it won't measure correctly in recipes, and it has no flavor at all other than a vague sweetness. After I was disappointed with this, I tried a different brand Truvia Sweet Complete which is erythritol plus molasses and stevia. Still zero calories, zero carbs. That product actually packs and measures just like brown sugar, will cream into eggs or shortening correctly, and has more flavor. Great swap for brown sugar
I've completely stopped using brown sugar and use this blend as a substitute in all of my recipes. Tastes great and don't miss regular brown sugar at all.

This is a good sugar replacement for sugar. I have used it in sugar free muffins, it dissolves better than erythritol.

Finally found a brown sugar substitute. Yet to use it though ...
