Contrary to the description, this is not a good quality the ceramic coating is peeling off and Amazon says there is no warranty after the 15days

Very happy about the quality and safety. No seasoning needed. Non-stick, light weight large enough.

I bought this stock pot to complete my set of green pans I find them to meet all my satisfaction and worked straight away on my induction hob and they are easy clean I recommend green pans

I've done a lot of research non-stick ceramic cookware. The rating and performance of the frying pan tested in American Test Kitchen led me to GreenPan Valencia Pro. Amazon offered a better deal than GreenPan's site during Black Friday. The stainless steel finish currently blends in with other stainless steel saucepans we've acquired ad-hoc. This is intended to be an 'everyday saucepan' for cooking oatmeal, browning butter, steaming broccoli, mixing and melting hot chocolate, and sauteeing garlic. It was weighted just right and heat distributes evenly without hotpots in the saucepan. The handle stays cool and grips comfortably, even when iifting it filled with food. The best feature is the effortless clean-up. Scrubbing and soaking food remnants cooked into stainless steel cookware is and takes extra time to clean. The ceramic surface in the saucepan removes the muscle work required to clean it thoroughly. It only takes a strong stream of hot water from the kitchen faucet to clean most of it - problem Overall, it's a beautiful pan built with a quality allowing it to be used daily for years before it needs to be replaced. It's a great investment, even if you don't purchase on sale!

The ceramic pans are excellent. Absolutely not stick, hard surface, and easy to clean. A great addition to our kitchen. Very scratch resistant but we do take care to use the proper utensils.

I bought the whole set in addition to this stock pot. The rims are scratched after 6 months of use (even with the pot protectors and silicone or wood utensils) and you cannot pour anything out of the pots and pans without it running all along the outside.
