Fairly easy to install
This is the 3rd Ariston Blue boiler we bought in order to replace previous boilers. I am hoping they last a bit longer than the previous models. Easy to install and well packaged including instructions.

Great in general
It is in good shape and great in general. But the power is just 1200w and it is a little bit low.

How can such a seller be allowed to exist?
The quality is very poor, it even rusted. The seller gave me second-hand goods. The installer said the product is very old.

Great Customer Service
Bought this heater in the year in 2019. It worked fine until December 2021 after which it started to leak and stopped working. I have raised a complaint on my Amazon account and the Ariston team has inspected and provided me with a new heater in a span of just 3-4 days. Simple and Seamless!!!
