Love this!!
It came in be for expected witch was very nice! When I took it out of the package it seemed very light and just crappy. But I tested it out and played Zelda for about 6 hours it works amazing don't let its looks fool you its very light in a strange way but works amazing!! Can stand many hours of gaming however the larger joystick to left will get stuck at first primarily when quickly jolting to the top but that does fade I think that was just a part of breaking it in. Besides that its amazing, works great. Worth buying!!

While the cord is thin it is a good controller. The buttons while stif at first
While the cord is thin it is a good controller. The buttons while stif at first, in my opinion helps inputting for smash bros melee, and project m. I was warned initially that I should only purchase a nintendo product. Even with that initial suspision I got it and took it right out of the package. I was playing project m with my friends who do have nintendo controllers and we didn't have any lag from the controller inputs. The only thing I am worried about is the long term use. All in all a great product.

Two Thumbs up
A red one I bought of eBay stoped working after a day but this one is legit. Feels good to hold and play a GameCube controller again.

... obviously not a real nintendo product (silly people leaving bad reviews because of this
This is obviously not a real nintendo product (silly people leaving bad reviews because of this, it costs EIGHT dollars)...however it is a really solid alternative, especially given how expensive real nintendo controllers are.feels solid, buttons are fine, and has been working great thus far. who knows if this thing will hold up, but I'm definitely happy with the purchase. if it does stand the test of time, this could actually be the best "fake" controller I've ever owned for any system. love the orange, too.

Not exactly perfect...
I think ordering these cheap 3rd party controllers is a luck-of-the-draw type of thing. I ordered this along with another one in a different color. The other one worked fairly well and I rated it 4-stars. This one I received with the Z-button not working, the C-stick upside down, and the D-pad so stiff it was unusable. I got my $8 refunded. As I am good with electronics and have repaired many other video game controllers from other consoles before, I took a shot at opening this one up. I was able to kind of resolve the issues and make it usable, but it still remains my #5 controller. I bought a different controller afterward to be my #4.As I said, it's really hit-and-miss with these controllers. Compared to the cost of buying an original Nintendo controller, you can get a few of these 3rd party controllers and odds are at least one will work. If you have a local "used game" store that carries past generation games and hardware, go there. Better than waiting a week for a controller that doesn't work and not having a physical store to go back to and return it.

Absolutely terrible!
I bought this because I wanted to relive some childhood memories with Sonic Heroes and Mario Kart. When it got here, I was really excited! I turned on my Wii and plugged the controller in. I picked a team (It was Team Rose lol) and I had fallen into a pit. I tried to get out, BUT THE ANALOG STICK WOULDN'T DO THE DOWN FUNCTION. THERE IS NO FRICKIN EXCUSE FOR THIS. I actually thought this was a licensed controller, but I didn't look at the packaging! I am NEVER buying anything from this seller again! Oh well, I'm just gonna have to shelve out some more money from my mom (I'm 14) and buy a licensed controller. I'm always gonna read the reviews before I buy. Ugh.

Is exactly as expected--"Okay"
The package is not as pictured in the listing. The picture is similar to a well-known, non-Nintendo brand of controller that a consumer can find in any video game store, but this controller is not that brand. This controller is unbranded. The buttons work properly, but don't have the smooth depression that one would get from a Nintendo controller (but good luck finding one of those at an affordable rate). You get what you pay for with this product, and I'm delighted to be able to play OoT without shelling out $60.

Generic, but perfectly fine.
A generic gamecube controller. That's what I ordered and that's what I got. The people complaining should really read what they are planning to purchase. I bought some of these to replace my broken controllers and they work perfectly fine. They feel a bit cheaper than the official controller, but you get what you pay for and I knew that going in. Given the choice, I would purchase these controllers again in the future if needed.
