Using for a wood burning stove! No burning paint fumes!
So to start off, the vendor is great. UPS lost a 46 inch shovel (the one I'm reviewing) and somehow found it and finally delivered it. The vendor was confused when we got an empty box and straight away tried to make it right! So awesome of them to take it a step further despite it being not at all their fault. Shovel came from UPS with dents on the blade of the shovel (yes...a stainless shovel....) and the vendor once more was going to make it right of no fault of their own. I just straightened the blade out with a hammer and it works great. The crappy shovel that everyone seems to have (small, painted black) was unable to scoop hot coals and ash without burning off the paint, eww. This shovel is great for what we are using it for (removing hot ash and coals from wood burning stove, not pizza oven) and the vendor is top shelf! Unreal costumer service!Might have to cut down the handle though, it's comically long for our needs!
