I was very pleased with this supplement. I had none of the embarrassing side effects that can come with kidney bean supplements, but everyone is different. I don't know if this extract really blocks carbs or not, but if it doesn't, at least I'm getting a little bit of fiber which is a good thing. For the price, quality, quantity and ingredients, I recommend giving them a try.

I've been taking these for about a year, along with seeing a weight loss doctor. It has helped a lot. I try and stay under 50g carbs a day and this allows me to stay under my goal.

I was advised to take these as a carb blocker from a weight loss center and it works. Take two prior to eating a meal with carbs in it

I started at 210 got to 130 and started getting scared I was getting to skinny I stopped in back at 160 but also pregnant and don't wanna harm baby but I ate normally McDonald's fast food and lost this weight now that being said don't get me wrong exercise and eating healthy is important but I was in a very depressed time in my life and didn't wanna cook and was stacking on weight and became pre diabetic so please don't eat unhealthy everyday like that but as far as the product goes this is the real deal and I lost that weight without taking everyday and only one bottle I'm 33 and have hypothyroidism so weight loss isn't the easiest anymore and I still lost it Edit 08/22/2024 The formula has changed since when I initially took these pills… so I can no longer attest to its power… I’ve gained so much weight after having a baby so now I’m at 240 and will up date after maybe 2 months to see if I’ve lost with the new formula as well

Why some people claiming that they’ve lost weight? I don’t understand how? I’ve taken for 2 weeks now , I lost nothing but gained weight! I’m very disappointed! It’s my fault but believing what I read in here.
