Cant complain. Pretty good across the board

Terrible headset. Needed a replacement pair for working from home quickly. Ordered these and as soon as I opened them I realised this was a mistake. I could see the electrical wire poking out from behind the left earpiece. I plugged them in and they worked, so accepted the poor craftsmanship. Then after about a day or so of use, sometimes there is sound on both sides, sometimes left only and sometimes right only. Colleagues had noted intermittent noise from microphone. All in all, terrible. They're going back for a refund once I have taken a punt on a replacement pair.

This is a brilliant piece of kit, budget priced but works a treat. This is connected via USB SOCKET not phono plug.

I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews are for another product (some sort of tripod) but this USB headset is next to useless (which I should have guessed by the price). The sound isn't very good, they aren't very comfortable, but the main reason for a 1 star review is that the microphone is awful. Colleagues have had to put their volume up to the max and even then it sounds like an AM radio/as if I'm under water.I advise others to steer well clear.

Great, use it for conference meetings I have no complaints

Plugged in for a Teams call out of the packages and did not work. Embarrassing!

only got 60mins of use - and now ive lost sound in one of the headphone speakers.emailed seller thinkin they may send a replacement out but told ask for refund.
