This was recommended by an occupational therapist to help with fine motor skills. We hide different gems and the kids have to work through to get them all out. Also nice for when watching a movie they can just play and squeeze it. 4 different consistency to work up to. Nicer than play doh as it is easy to get hair/dirt out of it, it has obviously been dropped on the floor by accident.

I picked this up because my physiotherapist thought it is a great type of product to use to strengthen my hand grip again after having a wrist breakage and losing strength. It is perfect it works every finger sort of individually as you're squeezing it around and rolling it in your hands and the different firmnesses of the putty is quite astounding.

I loved the feel of the putty in my hands. Squeezing the putty moving it from hand to hand. Helping to strengthen my weak hands and hopefully make them more supple in time. . . .

Good stuff, good assortment, I’ve used this type of putty since the ‘90’s. Works all muscles involved unlike springs which have one plane of pull. I’ve been a medical massage therapist for 15 years and helps me continue my work.
