This my second time purchasing these. The first pair lasted 3+ years. The bottom seems stickier, which is great for non-slip, not so great if you are moving them between footwear. Arrived 2 days, on time.

I've tried most insoles and these are the ones. They're better than even more expensive ones and work perfect for anti-fatigue and mid to high arches. They're thick, but not too thick, but still may want to size up half a shoe size unless you have really stretchy shoes.

Do not buy! They changed them from the plastic center insert that gave it that nice arch to a soft foam which is junk. Worst money I have ever spent. I had high hopes for these and they are not it. I repeat do not buy! The foam is so thin and cheap im not even going to bother with them. Im going to send them back. What a joke. Do not buy!
