This company is absolutely, hands down..PROFESSIONAL. I had sent them a photo, but I didn't realize a major issue. Which I had a lower resolution for the pictures I sent them. Because I had them on my phone, it was a constant issue. This company kept emailing me, back and forth for about a month. Never once complaining about my issues with the photos. Always getting right back to me about how to resolve this. Finally I asked what resolution sizes would be suitable? Because this was a special picture to me and I wanted it right. I used a resolution editor on my computer, in order to edit the picture. I sent them the edited photo and boom! 😂 It worked perfect and I have a finished product included in my review. It also comes in plastic and with mounting brackets. For the price, honestly you are getting a huge deal on an amazing portrait. I'm so happy and i actually left in plastic to keep it from getting dusty. I have it in my living room. I'm so pleased with this company. Customer Service is huge for me. I can't say enough about this company.

Omg I love it. I bought this for an anniversary gift for my husband. He cried when I gave it too him. This is his favorite pics of us. It's big just like I expected it to be. Only cons I would say is since the pics was blowed up so big it's not as clear as I would have liked but it's clear enough for us beautiful and we both love it.I have purchased another one a 24×24 as a surprise for my husband for his moms birthday. She passed away this year in January and I know he we love it for her to be just as big in our home. It's a must have in your home.

I was bored during the covid-19 shelter in place so I did a photo shoot of the critters. This was such a good deal, I ended up ordering one for each of them. I took the photos on an iphone 11 in portrait mode.This is so much more impressive than I thought it would be. I was worried about the size and if it would be grainy from sizing up so much, but it isn't at all. It is so realistic, my other kitty is still looking at it with a poofy tail and hissing at it. I love it!!! can't wait till the other 2 come in.

I ordered a 12 x 12 canvas for my family. The quality of canvas is awesome!The colors are super rich and 99% matches the photo I uploaded.Delivery was via FedEx Ground delivery and they are really good at packaging, they put the canvas into a plastic bag and add 4 pieces corner protectors to each corners, and the package was arrived on time. Love the stuff I bought from the store and I definitely will purchase again for my husband's B-day!!

These pictures are incredible. I have bought them as gifts, some for myself of my dog, and more recently, some of my gf to put around my room. They are solidly constructed. INCREDIBLY easy to put on the wall. It comes with a little metal piece that you drill into the back of the wood, and it hangs from any tiny nail on the wall. The pictures are great, however I will say that if you are using a picture of someone with dark skin, they need to be well lit up in the picture of else the picture will appear rather dark. But Im still stoked! And will be decorating my entire home with literally dozens of pictures. I have only gotten the smallest size and the second to largest size, so idk if the images stay as sharp on the bigger ones, but these ones I have in the pictures shown here (the three small ones) are the smallest size offered and they are perfect! Not too big not too small. Game changer!

This is excellent will be doing more business in future and will be passing on information to others I have a couple more pics I would love to have done by you guys better than any picture prints I ever had done puts walgreens and Cvs pic to shame the quality is pic perfect keep doing what you guys do and I will be seeing you guys again shortly👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Quality for the price is excellent. I bought a 20 x 30 canvas print of one of my photos. Very pleased with the end result. I had an issue with FedEx losing or delivering it to the wrong address. I'm not sure which but I finally got the package a couple days after it was expected. This was FedEx's fault. NOT the fault of the TreeDeal. I'm only mentioning it because TreeDeal was very responsive to my concerns that I had already paid for the artwork, yet it was looking like I wouldn't be getting it. They made me feel like they would send out another print in the event FedEx never delivered. I applaud TreeDeal for their awesome customer service and highly recommend them. Not only for their customer service but for the excellent quality of their product. I will definitely be purchasing more from them in the future. Thank you TreeDeal!!
