Learners and Hobbyist should get it
I am getting back into electronics. So far it is a great piece of equipment for a hobbyist or learning. I should have bought a 4 channel one but I really like this one for now.

No UK power cable
The oscilloscope is great, solid, not that noisy, Rigol makes good products. Unfortunately the item arrived with an European plug, so I had to buy one for the UK, that's why I'm leaving just 3 stars.
