Takes time but works! Update!
70 yo female. For ten years, I have had HBP but allopathic meds cause me dizziness and falls. Other Ayurvedic formulas have not worked. As a last resort, I tried Mukta Vati extra strength. For 2-3 weeks, I had headaches and no reduction in BP. I paused for several days then restarted, one pill 2xday then 2 pills 2xday. Headaches are gone and BP is down to 125/75. I'm very relieved.June 3, 2023. I have taken this medication for two years and my blood pressure is consistently normal: below 120/70. Heart palpitations have also reduced. I now take one pill, twice a day, and am planning to reduce to one pill a day. I do believe that the snake root in the formula causes fatigue and can aggravate depression. This seems to be confirmed by clinical studies. I also agree that the formula causes weight gain, which most BP medicines do, so it's a trade off. Pay attention to side effects and adjust the dosage appropriately.
